Accessibility
A calm experience should also be an accessible one.
Prototype statement · accessibility review required before launch
Design commitment
Threshold is designed mobile-first with clear hierarchy, high-contrast controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, descriptive labels, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts. The live site should be tested with current screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, zoom, and automated accessibility tools before release.
Virtual-session access
Clients can use the intake form to share communication, sensory, mobility, captioning, pacing, or other access needs. Lucy can then agree reasonable adjustments before a session. The final video provider should support captions and accessible controls.
Documents and media
Client worksheets, reports, audio practices, videos, and invoices should be supplied in accessible formats. Images need meaningful alternative text, videos need captions or transcripts, and downloadable documents should be structured for assistive technology.
Known limitations
This is an interactive concept rather than a live production service. Third-party services such as Stripe, the selected client portal, calendar, video provider, and Instagram may have their own accessibility behavior. Those services must be reviewed before launch.
Request support
Clients should be able to request an alternative format or report an access barrier through Lucy’s verified business email. The final statement will include a response target and the confirmed contact details.
