Suitability and referrals

Lucy may decline or pause work when a client’s needs fall outside her competence or when licensed clinical care is more appropriate. The final intake must include contraindication and referral procedures reviewed by qualified counsel and relevant professionals.

Credentials and location

The public launch must list Lucy’s exact qualifications, certifying organizations, business entity, practice location, insurance where relevant, and all state-specific disclosures. This prototype deliberately leaves unverified details out.

Privacy and records
