Booking and payment

Paid appointments are confirmed only after successful payment. The live system will use Stripe Checkout and verified webhooks. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and rescheduling

The current prototype uses a configurable 24-hour cancellation window. Lucy must confirm the final policy, exceptions, package expiration, no-show treatment, and refund rules before launch.

Packages

Package terms must state the number and duration of sessions, expiration, transferability, installment options, refund treatment, and what happens when either party ends the engagement.

Technology

Clients are responsible for a suitable device, stable internet, and a private environment. If technology interrupts a session, the final policy should explain how time is handled.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their choices and for seeking appropriate licensed medical or mental health care when needed. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Governing terms

The final governing law, business address, dispute process, and consumer notices depend on Lucy’s verified U.S. location and business entity.
